Returns and Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your KUUSI!
Need to make a return? No worries! We’re here to make things as easy as possible. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Change of mind exchanges.
• If you change your mind, you can choose from an exchange, store credit or a refund. Store credits are valid for 3 years.
KUUSI reserves the right to refuse any change of mind exchanges if they don't meet our return criteria below
To qualify for an exchange, store credit or refund
• Your return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your goods.
• You must apply for a return authorisation by emailing us at hello@kuusi.com.au
• You must post back the goods within 10 days of receiving your return label.
• Item(s) are in original condition (unused and unwashed)
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We understand that sometimes you need to undo the bands, but in the interest of sustainability we ask that you unwrap the carefully so we may reuse any packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
We do our absolute best to make sure all or goods are checked and packaged carefully. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or refund the item. Please contact us as soon as the fault is apparent and we will make the necessary arrangements. We may ask you to send some photos or measurements of the faulty goods.
Frequently asked questions
I have changed my mind and would like to return an item
If your items qualify for an exchange, please contact us with 30 days of receiving your items and we will send you a return label and form to fill in with instructions on how to return your item.
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
If we have made an error while picking your order please contact us and we will provide a paid label for the return of the incorrect item and replace it for you straight away.
The item I received is a different colour to what I ordered
We photograph most of our products in house and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a colour is important to you, please contact us and we will do our best to work through this with you.
